Her name is Rachael Ray and she is the Emmy Award nominated host of the talk/
lifestyle show, "Rachael Ray."  She also wears the hats of model, author and magazine
editor-in-chief.  She is America's own, born in Glen Falls, N.Y.  Her life is an American
triumph.  In the following paragraphs, her triumph will be celebrated.  

The phrase, “The apple doesn't fall far from the tree,” comes to mind when describing
Ray.  She was groomed to be a chef.  Her parents were restaurant owners.  They owned
several restaurants in Cape Cod, Mass.  

Before becoming a celebrity chef and talk show host, Ray held several jobs including:
working at the candy counter for Macy's Marketplace in New York, working as a store
manager for Agata & Valentina (a prestgious New York gourmet marketplace and
working for Cowan & Lobel (another large gourmet market in Albany, New York.     

Today, Ray, can be seen on television by millions all across the country hosting three
shows which are: "Rachael Ray," "30 Minute Meals" and "Tasty Travels."  Rachael Ray,
is a seven time Emmy Award nominated daytime talk show.  She has written a series of
cook books including: "30-Minute Meals," "30-Minute Meals 2" and "30-Minute Meals:
Get Togethers."  Her series of cookbooks are credited as bestselling from the Rachael
Ray Web site.  She has modeled in FHM magazine.  She has her own magazine called,
Everyday with Rachael Ray; she serves as editor-in-chief.
